Story County Board adopts FY27 appropriation and interfund transfer authorizations

The board approved resolution 26‑105 to uncommit those funds.
Next, the board approved appropriation resolution 26‑106, which appropriates 100% of the FY27 budget so payroll and payables may be processed at the start of the fiscal year. Finally, the board adopted resolution 26‑107 granting authority to execute the interfund operating transfers previously budgeted (for example, transfers from the rural fund to secondary roads when taxes are received). All three resolutions were moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote; no roll‑call tallies were recorded in the transcript.
