Seabrook Board of Adjustment approves minutes, welcomes two new members and adjourns

The Town of Seabrook Board of Adjustment opened its April 22 meeting with routine administrative business, approved prior minutes, welcomed new members and adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
The board approved minutes from Feb. 25, 2026, on a motion by Fidea Azouri, seconded by Rick Foye, and approved minutes from March 25, 2026, on a motion by Rick Foye, seconded by Dennis Howes; both votes were recorded as unanimous. Chair Chris LeClaire then welcomed new zoning board members John Watson of 90 Marshview Circle and George Dow of 5 Foggs Corner.
After addressing three agenda cases (two of which were postponed for additional documentation), Chair LeClaire asked board members to confirm identification for the record. The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 p.m. on a motion by Fidea Azouri and seconded by Bob Larochelle.
The board did not grant any variances at the April 22 meeting; applicants for Cases 2026-006 and 2026-008 were asked to return with additional materials.
