The West Windsor-Plainsboro Regional School District board approved grouped agenda packages across administration, curriculum, finance and personnel during tonight’s meeting.
Administration items (agenda numbers 1–11 plus the purple addendum) and curriculum items (numbers 1–4) were moved and approved by roll call with voting members recorded as in favor. The curriculum package included a recommendation to purchase PSAT test materials from the College Board for both high schools, at a stated approximate cost of $27,665.
The finance package (items 1–55, with pink substitution, blue addendum and verbal corrections) passed by roll call; the meeting transcript records one abstention during the finance vote. The finance package encompassed a broad set of operational approvals—insurance, transfers to capital reserve, tuition and meal rates for 2026–27, cooperative purchases and contract renewals, transportation renewals, disposal of obsolete equipment, and other routine fiscal business.
Personnel items (1–2 plus green and yellow addenda) and approval of board minutes were also moved and approved; one abstention was recorded on the May 26 minutes (the transcript records an abstention but does not attach it to a named speaker). All motions were presented as grouped consent votes; no extended debate occurred on these grouped items during the public meeting.
What this means: the district’s routine contract renewals, budget transfers and program purchases are authorized for implementation. Specific contract awards and the complete vendor lists are documented in the official board records and contract files.
(Reporting note: vote tallies and named votes follow roll-call statements in the transcript; where the transcript records an abstention without naming the speaker, this account reports the abstention as recorded rather than attributing it to a specific member.)
