Scout’s permanent veteran‑grave fixture wins council approval; memorial wall contractor selection cleared

Council moved to approve the Yoder Concrete proposal, with a stipulation that the amount not exceed $21,750 and that the memorial committee cover any overages; the motion was approved by voice vote. Council also authorized staff to obtain signatures for paperwork related to the display and memorial work.
