The Board of Selectmen unanimously approved the meeting agenda and minutes from April 30 and May 4. The Board welcomed Michael Skelps as the Town's new Finance Director and voted unanimously to authorize him as a signer on all municipal bank accounts, effective June 1, 2026; the Board also unanimously authorized him to remain an authorized signer until written notice is provided to the bank.
Other unanimous actions included a motion requesting that the Historical Society coordinate a July 8 Declaration of Independence reading with the America's 250 Committee, and issuance of a proclamation recognizing Maureen Hamilton as Grand Marshal for Old Home Days (declaring May 30 as Maureen Hamilton Day). The Board adjourned at 9:00 p.m. by unanimous vote.
