Zoning Enforcement Officer Curt Bosco presented an enforcement report to the Planning and Zoning Commission on June 4, saying he had sent letters regarding signage issues to Sunoco and three package stores.
Bosco asked the commission to authorize a monthly program to remove and notify business owners of sign issues. He also requested one additional staff person to assist with enforcement, and protective equipment including reflective vests and helmets, as well as use of the Town truck with orange lights to improve staff safety when working near traffic.
The commission heard the enforcement update during Other Business; no formal vote to allocate additional staffing or equipment was recorded in the June 4 minutes.
