Chair John Baroody and commissioners discussed the draft briefly before approving a motion to move the ordinance forward for presentation at a public hearing. The motion was recorded as moved by John Baroody and seconded by Steve Szalewicz; commissioners voted unanimously to approve the draft motion. Baroody said he will write a letter to the town for presentation at the public hearing.
