She presented two options for fence materials—one matching her original drawings and a second chosen to appear more rustic—and said fence posts will be set inside the stone wall. The fencing mesh will be welded galvanized wire, she said, and Englehardt reported she had conferred with her neighbor, Emily Soell, because the fencing will be visible from the neighboring property.
Commissioner Steve Szalewicz moved to close the public hearing; Betsy Hall seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. Later, Szalewicz moved to approve the application as presented, Hall seconded, and the commission voted in favor. The commission noted either shown option for the fence posts is acceptable and requested that Englehardt notify the commission which fencing option she will use before construction begins.
The commission took no amendments to the proposal. The commission adjourned at 5:53 p.m.
