John McGarry moved to appoint Emily Beura as chairwoman for the evening; the motion was seconded by Graham Wilson and recorded as passing 3-0. Later, Mr. McGarry moved approval of the consent agenda; Mrs. West seconded and the board approved it unanimously, 4-0. Mrs. West moved approval of the March meeting minutes; Mr. McGarry seconded and the minutes were approved 4-0.
Department announcements and calendar items included Public Health Week (April 6–12), a Medication Safety Awareness talk on April 7 at Mansfield Library, and recurring free health screenings at the Council on Aging and Town Hall. Staff provided updates on septic testing, seasonal pool openings, recreational camps and ongoing grant and inspection work. No public comments were recorded.
Adjournment: Mr. McGarry moved to adjourn at 8:06 p.m.; the motion was seconded by Mr. Wilson and approved 4-0.
