At its June 24 meeting the Adair County Board of Supervisors approved payment of a multi‑page claims register with a grand total of $810,522.29 covering general operations, secondary road work, the NW wind farm capital project and other funds. The auditor presented vendor details and fund breakdowns; the board approved the claims.
On separate motions the board approved payment of taxable mileage to Supervisor Matt Wedemeyer and authorized the chair to sign a vehicle title for the sheriff’s office. The board appointed Timber Woosley as Deputy Auditor and Nathan Reed as Elections/Real Estate Deputy.
In a separate action, the board moved by Supervisor Baier and seconded by Supervisor Hoadley to approve a resolution regarding House File 2490; the motion passed and the roll call vote was recorded as Walker, aye; Christoffersen, aye; Wedemeyer, aye; Baier, aye; Hoadley, aye.
All motions reported in the minutes were approved unless otherwise noted. The meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
