Patrice Carson said the submitted site plan indicates driveway reconstruction and new utilities for the units and that the project would reduce impervious surface and associated runoff. Commissioners discussed whether the project requires full PZC review or could be processed administratively.
The commission concluded the scope involves no additional units and no substantial drainage changes that would trigger PZC review, and agreed that the Zoning Enforcement Officer can process the application through the minor modification procedures. Staff will document the determination and the ZEO will complete review and permit processing accordingly.
Next steps: the Zoning Enforcement Officer is assigned to process the minor modification and staff will file the determination in the project record.
