Council members asked whether police or administrative functions could be integrated into a new Station No. 4 and discussed that building footprint and headquarters implications would be evaluated as plans develop.
Next steps: staff will obtain an updated appraisal and return with a purchase proposal for council consideration; council did not take final action during the study session.
