Waterford selectmen approve multiple budget transfers, surplus disposals and a tax refund

The board also approved the surrender of a Colt Law Enforcement Carbine (Serial #LE036371) to the Connecticut State Police Special Licensing and Firearms Unit for destruction. The consent agenda included a tax refund of $11,547.81 and approval of the May 5, 2026 meeting minutes.
