The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission voted unanimously on Oct. 9 to approve its 2025 regular meeting schedule after staff proposed monthly dates that avoid major holidays. Chairman Tom Manning moved to add the schedule discussion to the agenda; the motion carried and the Commission then approved the list as presented.
Patrice Carson, Consulting Director of Community Development, presented the proposed schedule and noted the dates did not conflict with holidays and that the Conservation Commission had requested the dates for its annual calendar. The approved dates are: Jan. 8; Feb. 12; March 12; April 9; May 14; June 11; July 9; Aug. 13; Sept. 10; Oct. 8; Nov. 12; and Dec. 10, 2025.
The motion to adopt the calendar passed 7-0-0. The approved schedule will be provided to the Bolton Conservation Commission for publication in its November calendar. The Commission proceeded to the scheduled review of draft revisions to the subdivision and zoning regulations.
