Councilwoman Carol Frederick moved to adopt and accept the audit; Councilwoman Janise Anthony seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The minutes record that the audit presentation occurred prior to the regular meeting and that the council formally adopted and accepted the audit report for publication as required.
