The Education and People Services Committee voted to move three policy revisions to the full Upper Darby School District board for a February vote, committee members said.
Dr. Kelly told the committee the three policies had a first reading earlier in January and that the primary revisions were provided by PSBA. "The main revisions came from PSBA," a committee member (Donna) said, adding the district made a few local language adjustments.
The meeting's public comment period produced no submissions; Aronda confirmed there were no submitted comments to read aloud during the fully virtual meeting. Committee members indicated they were comfortable advancing the policy items and the Linkit pilot to the February board agenda.
Next steps: Staff will place the three policy revisions on the full board's February agenda for formal consideration and any required votes.
