The Tega Cay Steering Committee elected Ray Haile as chair and Sherry Strohl as vice chair during its April 28 meeting.
Carmen Miller moved to nominate Ray Haile for chair; Sherry Strohl seconded the motion, which the committee approved unanimously. Chris Gray then moved to nominate Sherry Strohl for vice chair; Ray Haile seconded and the nomination was likewise approved unanimously.
The nominations followed the meeting’s call to order at 5:00 p.m. and a roll call confirming a quorum. No alternative nominees or recorded dissents were noted in the minutes. The meeting record lists committee members present as Chris Gray, Carmen Miller, Ray Haile, Thomas Gilanyi, Leslie Kelly, Michael Wilhelm and Sherry Strohl; Chris Leonard was absent.
After the elections, the committee proceeded to review agenda business. The meeting adjourned at 6:55 p.m.
