She explained a $6,200 transfer to purchase ADA tables for AP testing and college fair usage instead of continuing to rent the tables; a committee member asked that administration track repeated operating purchases that might aggregate into a capital'level threshold over time.
The committee did not vote on the donation that exceeds the threshold during this meeting; Miss Brown said the item will be placed on the full board agenda for approval.
