Assistant City Administrator Dan Allen updated the board on the request. Hamilton Brooks introduced Dr. Katherine McKitrick and her team; Dr. McKitrick said she wanted to resolve the matter promptly and described how her practice would add value to Spring Hill. Members of the board engaged in extensive discussion about the allocation and potential community impact. Alderman John Canepari told the board he intends to vote in favor when the matter is brought forward as a resolution.
Mayor Matt Fitterer confirmed that staff will continue negotiations with the applicant and instructed that a resolution be prepared for the next BOMA meeting for formal consideration.
