Consent calendar: Councilmember Bowman moved and Councilmember Wapner seconded approval of the consent calendar; the item passed by electronic vote recorded as 4–0 with the mayor pro tem absent.
Item 20 — Council compensation ordinance: The council considered an ordinance amending section 2-1.203 of the Ontario Municipal Code relating to council salary compensation. After motion and second, the ordinance passed on an electronic vote recorded as 3–1, with Councilmember Valencia voting no and Councilmember Perrotta absent.
