The board also approved the student-athletics handbook for 2026–27 and an overnight seventh/eighth-grade band trip to perform at the Great Lakes Music Festival with an overnight stay at Kalahari and a Cedar Point visit. A long list of type-four transportation payments was approved; a board member asked about the cost and the figure mentioned in discussion was '605.'
All motions recorded during roll call were approved; the meeting concluded with a first reading of six policy updates and confirmation of the next meeting on July 20 at 6 p.m.
