IceFest to include drone show after private sponsorship; DDA outlines logistics for Feb. event

The director said the logistics had been vetted in a recent Zoom meeting and that public-safety staff (including Chief Knight, who participated in planning) signaled support for the plan. The DDA also plans to track attendance KPIs and economic indicators to measure the event's growth and to document sponsor impact.
