Rockland Planning Board reappoints officers and approves routine business

The Rockland Planning Board unanimously reappointed its officers and completed routine administrative business at its May 26 meeting.
Charles Williams moved to reappoint Michael Corbett as chairman; Randy Hoblitzelle seconded the motion and Corbett accepted. Michael Corbett then moved to appoint Randy Hoblitzelle as vice chairman, seconded by James Wells; Hoblitzelle accepted. Michael Corbett moved to reappoint Charles Williams as clerk, seconded by David Cronin; Williams accepted. John Lucas moved (seconded by Michael Corbett) to reappoint Charles Williams as the board’s CPA representative; the board voted unanimously on that motion as well.
The board also unanimously approved the minutes of March 24, 2026. It authorized payment of $927.74 to USA Today Media Corp LocaliQ for advertising; approved reimbursements to George Grass totaling $1,000.00 split as $881.88 and $118.12 from Dyer Escrow; and approved $450.00 for the secretary covering ATM sessions on May 4 and May 26, 2026. Charles Williams moved to close the meeting; James Wells seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:28 p.m.
