Otis Selectboard: approvals, scheduling and public-health designee item tabled
Summary
At its Dec. 9 meeting the Selectboard approved warrants and auto license renewals, authorized the Master Plan grant signature authority to Brandi Page, decided not to meet Dec. 23, set Jan. 13 as the next meeting, and tabled designation of BCBOHA/PHEP designees.
The Otis Selectboard on Dec. 9 handled routine business including signing payroll and vendor warrants and approving auto license renewals presented for signature.
Brandi Page said the Master Plan update grant agreement was nearly ready and the board authorized her to sign the agreement when it arrives. The board decided not to meet on Dec. 23 and set the next meeting for Jan. 13, 2026. A request from the Berkshire County Board of Health Association to designate a main and backup representative for Public Health Emergency Preparedness meetings was reviewed but tabled after brief discussion of expectations.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 PM.
