Hardie said she would like recordings retained for at least a month; the board agreed to add the request to the next meeting agenda for formal consideration. The current practice, as stated in the meeting, is that recordings are kept until minutes are drafted.
No policy change was made at the Nov. 12 meeting; the item was referred for future discussion so the board can consider retention period, public access, and any record-keeping implications.
