Planning board schedules April public hearing for Adams Bridge three-lot subdivision

The North Berwick Planning Board on Feb. 26 scheduled a public hearing for April 9 to consider a three-parcel residential subdivision on Adams Bridge Road proposed by Brian Jewell.
Erik Saari presented the sketch plan on behalf of the owner and said an existing shed on the property will be removed. Saari told the board the project will use private wells rather than town water. Planning Coordinator Matthew LeConte relayed a town request that a drainage plan be provided for each lot to maintain consistency across recent submissions; Saari said he would submit a sketch and erosion-control notes for third-party review.
Mark Reed moved to schedule a public hearing for April 9, 2026; Justin Perry seconded. The motion passed 5-0.
