Scott City Council adopts three ordinances, approves road contract and project completions

Separately, the council approved Ordinance 2025-L3 to amend Chapter 30, Article III, governing parades. The ordinance increases the allowed number of floats from 60 to 90, removes allowance for cars (limiting entries to regulation-sized floats), and leaves the parade route unchanged. The motion was made by Councilman Montoucet, seconded by Councilman Boudreaux, and passed unanimously.
