Ellery Sinclair moved to accept the April 20, 2026 minutes as presented; Brant Burz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Susan Kelsey moved to change the order of the agenda to accommodate guests; Brant Burz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Later, Mark Burdick moved that Susan Kelsey prepare a draft communication to First Selectman Barger regarding concerns about Tinker Brook for relay to the Connecticut Department of Transportation; Ellery Sinclair seconded and the motion was approved unanimously. The commission adjourned at 8:09 p.m. on a motion by Sinclair, seconded by Burz.
All recorded motions at the May 18 meeting passed by unanimous vote of members present: Mark Burdick, Brant Burz, Susan Kelsey and Ellery Sinclair. No votes to deny permits or adopt regulations occurred during the session.
