In a separate roll call, the board adopted the county apportionment resolution required under the Michigan Constitution and cited Michigan Compiled Laws (MCL 211.34 and related sections). The clerk conducted the roll call and commissioners voted 'yes' on the resolution; the motion was recorded as adopted.
Most items passed by voice vote with no substantive discussion; where questions arose (for example, a possible refund related to the water-heater vendor), staff said they would follow up.
