The board also appointed district coordinators for statutory and federal programs: Matthew Severin (Section 504), Deondré Croom (School Meals), Elise Sorensen (Title VI and Title IX coordinator), Travis Walker (Civil Rights and Title IX appeals officer), Amanda Lezotte (Title IX investigator, sexual harassment officer and homeless liaison), and Evan Winkler (Title IX investigator). The agenda designated GLP Strategic Administrative Group and TSA consulting Group as third‑party administrators for the district 403(b) program and named Kruggel Lawton CPA as the 2026 auditor, Set Seg as insurance agent, Carmi Design Group as architect, Christman Company as construction manager and Raymond James Financial, Inc. as bond underwriter. The South Bend Tribune was designated as the newspaper for official legal notices.
The board also approved meeting dates and times for 2026 and accepted the appointment of Allen Westendorp as Middle School math teacher. No public comment was recorded on these items.
