President Jessica Crouch was re-elected to lead the Brandywine Board of Education through the January 2027 organizational meeting, the board confirmed at its Dec. 8 organizational meeting.
Secretary Holly Pomranka moved that the board elect Jessica Crouch; Trustee Amanda Fox supported the motion, which the board approved 6-0. In the same series of votes, the board elected Trustee Shannon Daniels as vice president, Trustee Charles Schmidt as treasurer and Amanda Fox as secretary. Each officer was elected by unanimous recorded motion.
The reorganization took place early in the meeting during the board’s reorganization agenda item. The board’s roll call earlier in the meeting showed six members present and one member, Treasurer Michelanne McCombs, absent.
The officers will serve until the board’s January 2027 organizational meeting unless the board takes action to change leadership before then.
