Board hears presentation on 'Roots of Resilience,' reviews Portrait of a Rambler and bond update; adopts Portrait

Following the presentations, the board voted to adopt the 'Portrait of a Rambler' document as recommended administratively. The motion to adopt was made by Sara Ward, seconded by Joel Schraw, and recorded as passing unanimously.
