Minutes: Councilman Grant Lundberg moved to approve the minutes from April 13 and April 15, 2026; Councilman Chad Coburn seconded and the motion passed with all members voting yes.
Expenditures: Councilman Grant Lundberg moved to approve expenditures totaling $451,570.72; Councilman Brenan Jackson seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
Genola Days signage: A $3,000 work order for Genola Days signage (funded by the Rodeo budget) was moved by Councilman Brenan Jackson, seconded by Mayor Neil Brown, and approved unanimously.
Public hearings: The council opened and closed public hearings on employee compensation, the amended FY2026 budget and the proposed FY2027 budget; no public comment was recorded during those hearings and the associated motions passed unanimously.
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 9:43 p.m. after a unanimous motion to adjourn.
