Commissioners asked that the application and cost schedule be easy to find for potential donors and requested that future policy documents include a revision history entry showing the date and reason for the change. The commission approved the parks and recreation commission's recommendation, including a friendly amendment to add revision metadata.
Staff said they will provide the fee schedule and site plan references and follow the updated procedure for future memorial donations.
