President Meyer said staff had been working from outdated vehicle-inventory and replacement-schedule information and recommended the Board update the replacement schedule and have the CESFA information rewritten to reflect current vehicles and potential costs. Trustee Gardner moved to table the discussion; Trustee Weissbohn seconded. The motion carried on a unanimous vote of trustees present (5-0).
No formal purchase occurred; the Board did not adopt changes to the budget at the meeting. The item will return for further consideration after staff provides an updated replacement schedule and revised CESFA figures.
