Rothbury council reviews park improvements, sets Halloween events

Williams announced the Community Center’s Halloween Drive Through will take place on Halloween from 6:00–7:30 p.m. and asked for volunteers to wrap hotdogs and hand out bags. At the request of a resident she also presented an idea for a Halloween decorating contest; the council deferred that suggestion until next year, citing several absent members and the desire for broader input.
