Commissioners who performed a site walk asked how many trees would be removed and expressed concern about preventing silt and erosion from entering a nearby stream. Paoleti said the contractor will use hay bales and silt fencing as proposed.
Cathy Alfandre moved to approve #26-737 with the standard stipulations and the additional sediment-control stipulation; Kevin Kilner seconded the motion. The motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
Commissioners asked staff to ensure wetland flags are installed once snowcover melts and to review tree‑removal plans if further clearing is proposed.
