The Village of North Fond du Lac Board of Trustees approved multiple administrative and capital items during its March 16, 2026 meeting, including an award for sanitary sewer televising and cleaning, the 2025 MS4 Annual Report, an ambulance-billing lockbox resolution, and authorization to apply for an urban nonpoint source (UNPS) grant.
Director of Public Works Mitch Vis told the board the village received four proposals to clean and televise 32,000 linear feet of sanitary mains; proposals ranged from $69,480 to $118,637.50. The board approved the low bid from Green Bay Pipe and TV for $69,480 on a motion by Trustee Gary Schaub and a second by Trustee Mike Will; the motion carried 4-0.
The board also reviewed and approved the 2025 Stormwater (MS4) Annual Report, which Director Vis said is required annually to meet Department of Natural Resources reporting requirements and that the village contracts MSA to compile the report due to the detail involved; Trustee Mike Will asked about MSA's fee. A motion to approve the MS4 report passed 4-0.
Fire/EMS Chief Jake Flaherty explained Resolution-05-2026, authorizing the opening of a lockbox account for ambulance-billing collections, as a necessary step tied to the village's move to PBS for ambulance billing; the board approved the resolution by motion and a recorded 4-0 vote. Director Vis described Resolution-06-2026 authorizing submittal of a UNPS construction grant application and provision of matching funds to convert a dry pond on Harrison Street into a wet pond per MSA's recommendation; the board approved that resolution 4-0.
A consent-agenda motion approved the March 2, 2026 minutes, invoices and an operator license for Jessica Boerst of Prospect Station at 1024 Wisconsin Ave.; Trustee Mike Will moved approval with Trustee Gary Schaub seconding. The board adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
