T. Wall representative outlines multi‑phase housing pipeline and 2026 start for North Fond du Lac

Wall’s regional development experience and said the company currently manages about 2,000 dwelling units and has roughly 5,000 units in its development pipeline.
Patterson said there is a housing shortage across the state and described a proposed multi‑phase development for North Fond du Lac. Trustee Mike Will asked about the construction timeline; Patterson said each building takes about one to two years to complete, with construction slated to begin in the fall of 2026. Patterson said it would take approximately 10 to 11 years to fully build out the development, with an additional phase planned for 2028. Commissioners thanked Patterson for bringing the project concept to the village.
