Linden council approves $147,307 for Loose Senior Center annex renovation

Council then approved $47,307 in Loose General Fund dollars for Phase Two with Case Construction for mechanical, electrical and contractor allowances (motion by Denise Miller, second by Thomas Hicks; roll call 7‑0).
City staff indicated Phase One will proceed with permitting and structural work managed by Case Construction and will return status updates to Council as required. The project will proceed under the contracted scope; no new appliances are included in the current contract.
