Scott Jacobs moved to approve the final plat and Randy Wolf seconded; members Rick Stoner, Randy Wolf, Scott Jacobs, Steve Unwin and Mayor Valerie Mockus voted in favor. During visitor comments, Todd Messenger asked how many phases M/I Homes plans to build. Misner replied, “Three phases.” He also raised a concern about a ditch along his driveway and where drainage would go. Misner said the development’s stormwater will be routed to two retention ponds, one in front and one in the rear, and showed Messenger a visual depicting the grades and current work. Messenger also asked whether the Pulte development was still under contract; Misner stated that Pulte is no longer in contract on that land.
