The change order reduces the contract by $266,220, leaving a remaining contract amount of $47,180 with Evergreen Site Works. The council approved the measure by voice vote after a motion and second.
The council also authorized an agreement with Egroup Incorporated for $10,500 to produce electrical plans and specifications necessary for lighting at the senior wellness center park and track. That resolution likewise passed on a voice vote.
Both items were presented as routine reconciliations and procurement steps to move construction and design work forward.
