Glen Arbor Township — The Glen Arbor Township Board on Jan. 20 approved routine payments and payroll for both the General Fund and Emergency Services Fund and authorized payment of the township's Par Plan insurance renewal once specified vehicle updates are made and an updated invoice is received.
Treasurer Don Lewis presented cash-on-hand and balances for major funds as of Dec. 31, 2025. The board approved General Fund bills totaling $18,355.45 and December payroll of $21,053.72 after a motion by Lewis, supported by Trustee John DePuy; the motion carried unanimously. The board also approved Emergency Services bills of $114,195.71 and December emergency services payroll of $108,883.82 on a motion by Lewis, supported by Clerk Pamela Laureto; that motion also carried unanimously.
On the insurance renewal, Clerk Pamela Laureto said Chief Ferguson supplied updates for fire-department vehicles that need to be reflected on the policy. Trustee John DePuy moved, with Trustee Bob Hawley seconding, to pay the Par Plan renewal once those updates are made and an updated invoice arrives; the motion carried unanimously.
The board recorded routine approvals of the meeting agenda and the Dec. 16, 2025 minutes earlier in the meeting. The board did not receive public comment at the meeting.
