Staff reiterated the district’s chain‑of‑command practice for scheduling meetings with employees — a process intended to avoid interrupting school operations — and said they would provide the requested policies and procedural materials.
What happens next: staff agreed to deliver the requested HR policies and procedures to the requesting trustee and to clarify where those materials are stored online; the committee moved items 1–4 to the May 15 voting session.
