Crestwood to pursue grants for Fairview roof; multiple facility projects flagged

The committee noted a preliminary $100 million facility-improvement pool in the governor's budget proposal and said the district will watch for guidance to reapply for funding. Committee members discussed prioritization and cautioned that capital work must be balanced against operating reserves and debt-service considerations in the coming budget cycle.
The committee asked administration to track grant application deadlines and to return with cost estimates and prioritization for the April budget timeline.
