The special meeting was called to order at 5:06 p.m. by Scott Wallace, board president. Superintendent Carrie Wozniak and six board members — Robyn Norbeck, Todd Burrows, Kathleen Moco, Abigail Wasil and Rebecca Jensen — were recorded as present.
The board scheduled and conducted interviews with Patrick Vaughn (5:00 p.m.), Jamie Pietron (5:30 p.m.) and Allison Dollison (6:00 p.m., participating virtually). After the interviews, Treasurer Todd Burrows moved, and Secretary Kathleen Moco supported, a motion to appoint Jamie Pietron to the board. The motion passed with a recorded tally of 4 ayes and 2 nays.
Following the appointment, Vice President Robyn Norbeck moved, and Trustee Abigail Wasil supported, a motion to adjourn. The board adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
The minutes from the Oct. 14 special meeting were recorded as approved at the board's regular meeting on Oct. 20, 2025, and are to be filed in the permanent minute book.
