River Ridge CDD elects officers; three newly elected supervisors sworn in

The River Ridge Community Development District board on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect its officers and administered oaths to newly elected supervisors.
At the start of the meeting, District Manager Cleo Adams, acting as a notary, administered the oath of office to Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). Following the oath, Mrs. Adams reviewed the district's required ethics training and disclosure filings, including the four-hour training requirement and Form 1 filings for fiscal years 2024 and 2025, and said the training deadline will be added to the Key Activity Dates list.
Mr. Mountford nominated the slate provided in Resolution 2025-02: Bob Schultz as chair, Terry Mountford as vice chair, and Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Mr. Mountford, seconded by Mr. Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution (vote recorded as all in favor).
The action formalizes the board's officers for the coming term and leaves prior appointments—Chesley “Chuck” Adams as secretary and Craig Wrathell as assistant secretary and treasurer—unchanged, as noted in the resolution. The board did not take additional action on officer duties at the meeting.
The board's next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2024, unless cancelled.
