A later motion by Fournier, supported by Stuut, tabled approval of the minutes of Nov. 20; the minutes approval was deferred to the next meeting. The minutes include a conflicting year in the motion text for the minutes (the agenda references Nov. 20, 2024; the motion text in the minutes references Nov. 20, 2025); the transcript likely contains a typographical error and the correct year is Nov. 20, 2024 (see audit).
Liaison Stuut updated the commission on the search for a new village manager. No communications or public visitor comments were recorded. Chair Fournier moved to adjourn at 7:08 p.m.; the motion carried.
