The chair moved that the commission enter executive session to review the minutes from August 18, 2023; August 21, 2023 (two entries at 10:21 a.m. and 1:31 p.m.); and October 2, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. The motion was seconded and approved by roll-call vote, 5–0. The commission stated it would not return to open session after the executive session.
