Commissioner Hill moved the approval and the motion passed 5-0.
On the MGM request, compliance staff reported that MGM documented the winning outcomes in internal systems and surveillance, found no indicators of fraud or conflicting claims, and recommended paying the patrons. The commission approved the payouts 5-0 under 205 CMR 238.47(1)(B).
